Brody almost-walking

Here it is! The highly anticipated video of Brody alomost walking! (he is walking with the aid on his cart) This was mid-February. Since this was taken, he has mastered crawling and coffee table walking. 10 mo pictures are soon to come!!!

Look at our pretty little family! This picture really embodies how much Brody and Jonathan look alike.

Since it has been so long since I have written I will do a brief update.

Brody is great. Almost sitting on his own. He has recently discovered how good his socks taste. He loves his Mega Saucer (a stationary walker-type with lot-o-toys on it) and his favorite book is Moo Baa La La La. We have been learning how to use a spoon and working on sleeping through the night.

Jonathan's band made the KY state marching finals tonight for the first time in thier school's history. I am proud of him that all his hard work has paid off but would be lying if I wasn't dissapointed that I have to put up with yet another week of crappy hours and single motherdom.

I'm doing well! Work is good- busy but in a good way. I am looking forward to Halloween and showing off my Pizza Baby. Once marching season is over I intend to start running again. Mom will likely be down next weekend for a nice visit which will be great! Hopefully it won't be as long next time!

It's Been a year!

Yup, a whole year since we got married, and all we could talk about is all the stuff we have done in the last twelve months! Car, Furniture, BABY, House- really amazing.

We went to Indiana Jones and then went to dinner at this great little resteraunt downtwon. Steak and Lobster and a little bit of wine for me! Oh boy what a treat! Thanks Grammy and Pop for watching Mr Baby Brody!

Easter!

Here are scenes from our Easter Egg Coloring! I did this with Jonathan last year and he suggested we do it again this year, it was a great sucess, everyone really seemed to get into it. Funny how many of them really didn't do this a whole lot growing up- this was always one of my favorite parts of Spring!

3D

So... we had a 3D ultra sound done earlier this week- I was a little freaked out by the whole 3D thing at first- I think Kristen puts it best- she says it looks like a plasic-wrap baby. But I quickly found out that when its your own it's quite different- here this little guy has been moving so much, and these give a good picture of what he is really doing in there!
